Refund Policy

Last updated: October 14, 2026

Simple: if CampusKit Pro isn't for you, ask for your money back within 14 days of purchase and you'll get it, no questions asked. This applies to both the yearly plan and the lifetime purchase. The same goes for CampusKit Cloud: ask within 14 days of any Cloud payment, including a renewal you forgot to cancel.

CampusKit's Microsoft Store download on Windows and its macOS download are free. This policy covers the optional Pro license and the optional Cloud subscription, both purchased through Polar, including when you use them in the Microsoft Store version. Cloud also starts with a 14-day free trial, so you can try it before paying anything.

How to request one

Refunds are issued by Polar, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. They typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

After 14 days

Yearly Pro subscribers can cancel renewal at any time from the Polar customer portal (linked in your receipt) and keep Pro until the end of the paid year. Cloud subscribers can cancel from Manage billing in the app, under Settings, Cloud, and keep syncing until the end of the period they paid for. If something is broken and support can't fix it, write to us anyway. We'd rather refund than have you pay for something that doesn't work.

What a refund changes

For Pro, your license key is deactivated and Pro features lock again. For Cloud, the subscription is cancelled and sync pauses; the cloud copy of your data is kept for 30 days, as it is whenever a plan ends. Either way, the planner data on your devices is completely unaffected.
